Shipping charges for orders placed through the Vratam Enterprises website depend on the delivery location and total order value.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹300 within India.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹300, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Shipping charges, along with any applicable customs duties and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Special Requests: Additional handling or convenience fees may apply for special delivery requests.

Quick Commerce Deliveries

Our products are also available through partner platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart Minutes.

  • Timelines: Delivery typically ranges between 10–30 minutes, depending on the serviceable area.

  • Fulfillment: Orders placed through these platforms are fulfilled entirely by the platform’s own logistics network.

  • Fees: Delivery charges, surge fees, or platform service charges may apply as per the respective platform’s policies.

  • Support: For any issues related to quick commerce orders (delays, missing items, etc.), customers should contact the platform’s support team directly.

Delivery Address & Accuracy

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of checkout. To avoid delays or misdelivery, please ensure that all address details are accurate and complete.

Recommended Delivery Locations:

  • Residential addresses.

  • Office/Commercial addresses.

  • Note: We do not recommend deliveries to P.O. Boxes or locations where a recipient cannot be clearly identified.

Delivery Conditions
