RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

No Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Vratam Enterprises follows a No Return/No Exchange policy. Once a food item has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If there is a visible issue with the product quality.

  • Transit Damage: If the packaging is severely tampered with or damaged upon arrival.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  1. You must report the issue within 24โ€“48 hours of delivery.

  2. You must provide an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the defect/damage.

  3. Please email these details along with your Order ID to: vratamenterprises@gmail.com.

Quality Review Process

If you have concerns regarding the quality of the product, we kindly request you to keep the item ready for pickup. We may arrange for its collection to ensure a thorough review by our production team and to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a defect, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.


Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet left our warehouse.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or diverted.
